Fearing for his friend's health, Maung Bhone takes Aung Naing to their local health center. They are both from a remote village area
that suffered from cyclone Nargis and the area is still under the effects of the storm. Aung Naing is in poor health, suffering from serious respiratory symptoms. The nurses and doctors insist that Aung Naing has to be sent to a well facilitated hospital to cure his health problems. This chain of events set off a journey for Maung Bhone to find money to help his friend while Aung Naing spends
harrowing night, haunted by the thoughts of being left alone by himself.
