極度自戀的高齡同志繪本作家山崎，年輕時曾有著令人肖想的絕美容貌與肉體。然而當工作陷入瓶頸，又瞥見鏡中日漸衰老的自己時，他陷入前所未有的低潮。在某次邂逅了年輕稚嫩的SM性工作者李歐後，山崎睽違一生的戀愛種子終於悄悄萌芽；另一方面，李歐也在山崎身上尋得歸屬感，而這酷似父子又如情侶般的謎樣關係，將如何牽動兩人未來的命運呢？

以2017年的同名得獎短片《Old Narcissus》為基礎，東海林毅導演的長片初登板，藉由對角色內心的細膩刻畫，譜出一段雙方有所缺陷而各取所需的忘年異色戀。在企圖觸及日本當代長久來避而不談的酷兒議題之餘，卻也能瞥見同志平權進步的足跡與希望，不僅入選了歷史悠久的舊金山國際同志影展，更榮膺洛杉磯亞太電影節最佳劇情長片大獎。

74 year-old Yamazaki, an eccentric and prideful gay man, meets the young and lonely sex worker, Leo and for the first time in his long tumultuous life, he falls in love with another person. Through this love, he finally comes to terms with and begins to forge the relationships he failed to carve during his youth with his friends and family. On the other hand, Leo feels a sense of security and belonging with Yamazaki, but the boundaries lie at the ambiguous affection between romantic and familial. These two individuals harbor different emotions for each other, and their relationship begins with his miscommunication.
