《彼得與狼》是俄國音樂家普羅高菲夫（Sergei PROKOFIEV）著名的古典音樂傑作，描述彼得如何在其他動物朋友的幫忙下智取大灰狼的故事。而這部改編的真人動畫影片則讓我們對它產生新的感受。巧妙融合現場音樂和動畫，又充滿文字設計和編排的藝術趣味，對孩子來說是學習欣賞及理解音樂構成的最佳墊腳石。
本片由義大利籍指揮家丹尼爾．加蒂(Daniele GATTI) 帶領法國國家交響樂團實景演出，丹尼爾．加蒂現任馬勒室內樂團藝術顧問。
